In August at NeetoChat, we extended how long visitors can reopen a conversation from email, fixed list formatting in Slack notifications, and fixed several chat widget bugs.
Here's everything we shipped in August 2026 in NeetoChat.
The Reply now link in unread-message emails now signs visitors back into their conversation for 15 days instead of 7.
Bulleted and numbered lists in chat messages now show up as lists in Slack, with nested lists indented, instead of running together as one block of text.
The Create tickets on NeetoDesk widget mode now says ticket forms, matching NeetoDesk's new name for web forms, and its links open the renamed Ticket forms page in NeetoDesk.
The recent-activity email sent to conversation followers now includes replies written by AI Assistant; earlier, those replies were left out.
Fixed several cases where a visitor could not start a chat from the widget: a pre-chat form email with extra spaces around it was rejected, the name and email typed into the pre-chat form were sometimes dropped, and the welcome message failed to send for languages without a translation. The widget also keeps working in Safari private browsing and on sites where browser storage is full.
The chat widget now loads for visitors whose browser extension or in-app browser blocks pages from tracking address changes; earlier, the widget did not appear for them at all.
